Bing has just released a new service that is based on Silverlight called Visual Search. In this way, you can search based on predefined pictorial categories such as celebrities, politicians, animals, etc. Previously I saw a similar application in Google IO videos called Google Squared but as far as I feel Bing VS is more slicker. Yesterday, the world of web quaked by a new announcement from Google and it was all about a new version of Chrome backed by Linux kernel and is going to be the next OS for Netbooks. It will be released in the mid 2010. I think some matters should be clearly defined in future: 1) What is the value in it?
